Around midnight I did a ketosis test and was back to 40 mg/dL, proving that you can have a little off of the diet and not get totally messed up.
Hell yes the shower was cold today. I tried to get more cold water all over to induce the shivers, but it was tough. The hardest part is breathing - make sure you breathe! Just a 5 minute one today. I did do the cold pack on my traps yesterday, 2x for 30 minutes each with about 3 hours in between treatments. No cold pack today though. Class then catching up with an old friend.
